of Irish

Supporting Ayden & Emmy Jo and honoring the extraordinary life, love and fight of their mom.

After a five-year battle with cervical cancer—a fight that saw the disease metastasize five separate times—Irish leaves behind the two people at the center of everything she fought for: Ayden and Emmy Jo. This fund will help her family with immediate expenses while supporting her children through what comes next.

Her Story

She kept showing up.

For her family. For her children. For the everyday moments that mattered most.

Irish spent years caring for other people and their families. When cancer entered her own life, she faced it with the same strength, love and determination that defined so much of who she was.

For five years, Irish fought cervical cancer through one devastating turn after another. The cancer metastasized on five separate occasions and eventually spread into her bones. Her fight included multiple rounds and different forms of chemotherapy and radiation, major surgery, extensive reconstructive procedures, repeated hospital stays, and several severe infections that became extraordinarily difficult to control.

Through all of it, Irish kept fighting for more time—not simply more time for herself, but more time to be Momma to Ayden and Emmy Jo. Even through treatment, she continued to focus on the life happening around her: school, sports, dance, homework, family time, laughter and ordinary moments that meant everything.

She talked about being Momma. About dance events, sports, school moments, homework, family time and Hallmark movie nights. Because above everything else, Irish was the mother of Ayden and Emmy Jo.

They were at the center of the life she fought so hard to keep living.

“You don't know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.”

A Life Bigger Than Cancer

Moments worth fighting for.

Irish's story was never only about treatment. It was about family, laughter, ordinary days and being present for the people she loved.
